For Meal Planning and Shopping

STEP 1

Use an app like Pinterest to come up with meal and snack ideas for the week. 

STEP 2

Pop your meals into the template for the week. This will help you make the grocery list in the next step.   Click on the orange box to get your free template!

STEP 3

Itemise all your ingredients by where they're found in the store. e.g. produce, cereals etc. Highlight the ones you need this week. Click on the orange box to grab our template!

STEP 4

Use the comment feature to take a note of any special instructions or quantities. Click on the orange box to grab our template!

STEP 5

Make sure you have the Google Sheets app installed on your phone.  Then go shopping!
